Returns Policy Details.
All our products are sold with a 1 year collect and return warranty unless otherwise stated. If the product becomes faulty within the 1 year we will arrange collection of the product and repair it at our cost, we cannot arrange collections if the product is not packaged in the original inner box with polystyrene and the outer box and packaging.
If you do not have the packaging to meet the courier collection guidelines you will need to send the computer back at your own cost for repair as we are unable to book collections for products not meeting courier guidelines for insurance purposes.
You are welcome to return the computer not using our collection service if it is more practical for you, however we are unable to refund any costs you incur by doing this and strongly advise you take up our collection service. You will need to call our collections team on 0151 to arrange a collection.
Once a collection is booked it cannot be cancelled. If a collection is missed you will need to arrange to send the product back at your own cost or pay the collection charge of £15.00inc VAT for another collection.
Within 30 Days.
We offer a 30 Day money back guarantee if for any reason you change your mind or the product is not what you want we will issue you a full refund of monies paid to us excluding postage service upgrades once the item is returned in its original condition including all original packaging and boxes.
You must notify us of your request to cancel your order before the 30 days expires. The product must then be returned within 45 days of receipt. If not returned within 45 days of receipt no refund will be given.
The cost of return shipping is to be paid by the buyer unless the item is faulty in which case the buyer should call us during office hours to arrange a collection on 0151 448 2860. If the reported fault is not found with the unit the cost of the collection will be charged to you and deducted from the refund the cost of this is £15.00inc VAT.
After 30 Days.
A refund will only be given if the product is returned within 30 days and is complete. If the product is returned after 30 days for a fault we will repair / replace the faulty product and return it to you at our cost providing the fault is found and all original packaging is supplied.
Once we have repaired the product we shall return it to you at our cost. If however the original packaging has not been returned there will be a charge of £15.00inc VAT to cover the cost of new packaging. A product cannot be shipped without the original packaging it was sent to you in as it would void the insurance if the product was damaged in transit as it would not comply with courier packaging guidelines.
If the reported fault is not found with the unit the cost of shipping and testing fee will be charged to you. The cost of this is £25.00inc VAT.
If we are unable to return the computer to you within the 28 day, we will give you the option of a replacement or refund. Depending on the age of the computer, the refund may include a deduction for the length of time you have used them.
Our return policy does not affect your statutory rights.
